Entering Global Markets
An enterprise had just done a brand refresh and was looking to develop its first marketing plan. Upon discovery, the company didn’t have a business development or strategic plan to give guidance. I facilitated a process to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System which identified an organization purpose, mission, 5-year target, and market differentiations.
Today the enterprise has refreshed its brand refresh using the new strategic plan, launched a new service offering, has a digital marketing strategy and entered select global markets.
