Strategic Planning Facilitator
Born out of a close-knit coalition, a nonprofit’s service and infrastructure needs were growing beyond its original funding base. A strategic planning process developed several initiatives and work plans to increase cash reserves by 200% and operating revenue by 70%. Ongoing leadership coaching, business process development, and marketing and communication services have resulted in a 150% increase in cash reserves and a 15% increase in operational revenue in Year 3. As large revenue gains required advancing functional processes and increased staffing and training, the largest gains were slated for Years 4 & 5.
